Pizza Hut Dashboard · an internal tool of JEM Restaurant Group · effective October 6, 2026

The Pizza Hut Dashboard is an internal operations app for employees of JEM Restaurant Group's Pizza Hut restaurants. It is not offered to the public and is not a marketing program.

What we collect

Your mobile number, used only to confirm you are on the active employee roster. The app stores a one-way hash of the number, not the number itself.
Your name, job title and restaurant, taken from the company's employee records (JEM dashboard / payroll system).
Basic usage (when you sign in and which screens you open) so we can keep the app working.

Text messages

When you sign in, the app may send a one-time 6-digit sign-in code to your mobile number from +1 (833) 271-8350. One text per sign-in request; no promotional messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts (you can still sign in on screen) and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we use and share information

Information is used only to operate the app and run our restaurants. We do not sell it or share it with third parties for their marketing. Mobile numbers and sign-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Service providers that host the app (Microsoft Azure) process data on our behalf.

Your choices

Ask your Market Coach or the People team to update or remove your information. Access ends when employment ends.
